Fortunately for the guests, the hotel’s real backbone is its staff. There’s the calm and witty front desk manager, a no nonsense housekeeping matriarch, and the hotel’s newest bartender, a polar bear with paws that could palm a whiskey barrel. Together, they all keep the place from falling apart, while trying not to unravel themselves.
